Yet another question from me, sorry to cause so much traffic.
I followed this tutorial to create an image sequence with transparent background to insert in another clip with Hitfilm:

Unfortunately I'm always getting a black background for my character, not a transparent one. Any idea on what I might be doing wrong?

Re: Render layers with transparent background
You need to export as an image sequence, the video formats don't always have the alpha layer done properly.toni12345 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 06, 2018 9:04 pmYet another question from me, sorry to cause so much traffic.

Re: Render layers with transparent background
Oops I can't read. Can you post one of the frames from your image sequence here?

Re: Render layers with transparent background
I did that, but all the .png-images have a black background as well. Can I adjust the handling of alpha layers anywhere in the program?
Re: Render layers with transparent background
I've not seen this before, could you screenshot your make video window with the checkboxes and stuff? It's definitely exporting with the black. Weird...

Re: Render layers with transparent background
I'm really confused as to why this is happening. Which version of Muvizu are you using? Have you tried exporting .tga rather than .png?

Re: Render layers with transparent background
First of all thanks for your quick help. I am using build 2017.01.18.01R, I just bought a license from Meshmellow.
How would I go about exporting to .tga? I can't find any options which would allow me to do so.

Re: Render layers with transparent background
Maybe it's a bug with their version?
You can export as .that by going through the normal process for .PNG but when it asks where to save, you can change .PNG to .tga
If that doesn't fix it, you could try moving your licence to a different version of muvizu as explained at http://anizu.uk/muvizuactivation
