If you asked me for the License Key, I guess I mean that the MAC was not stored, I do not know if there are several MACs or the last one stored, sure is that:

1 I logged in with the usual MAC of the Computer and asked for Activation.

2 I replaced the MAC with that of Doongle and nothing happens and the Dos window appears quickly.

But in what file is the MAC associated with the License stored?

Possible, that you can not communicate with Security Technicians to find a solution?

To me it sounds like you activated with the dongle and then switched to another device which stopped it working because it didn't have the same Mac address.
I don't understand how something could have gone wrong during activation.
What happens if you unplug the the WiFi dongle and run Muvizu? Also what happens if you keep the WiFi one unplugged and plug in the 4G version?
(Just loading Muvizu, not using tmac or Rod's script for now)

Did you ever changed any device card after first installation ?
device card
for example ?

I've changed:
1 Graphic Card
1 Doongle
1 CPU.
But later, MuvizuPlayer worked.

Only with:
TP-Link Wireless USB Adapter, that now used, I had these problems.
First used another Wifi adpter, I have give back.

WHEN changing the Usb Wifi Adapter, change the MAC?

This is what I got 3 days ago, before you start changing the MAC.

Use settings except for the fact that I changed the Wifi Usb Adapter
As you see, the last saved scenes are stored

Hei Doc

The problem for me is pretty serious,
Since my project is to create in italy,
A Cartoon school.

I have created the project and are ready to be presented, there are definitions.

Changing completely software, learning again, editing the site becomes really complicated.

That's why I am looking for a solution, I also wrote to the WebMaster to Digimania the Domain Manager, but I do not think that answer.

Digimania went into administration and all staff were made redundant so there is nobody to answer your message.

I would use the tmac software to try all of the Mac addresses you listed earlier.
Did you try with the WiFi dongle unplugged and the other dongle plugged in?
I would like to try using your file and Mac address to see if I could get it working but I don't have my pc right now.

That could be the problem. Every device has a Mac address; if you activated your muvizu using the older USB wifi adapter you need to find that mac address because it is the only working mac for you.

Oh man!
In this case if your registry has not been changed with updates or windows clean installation follow this tip:
http://smallbusiness.chron.com/mac-addr ... 56773.html and search for mac address not present in TMAC list. With luck you could find it.
