Unable to activate the South Asian pack

I bought the south asian pack but when i try to activate it says error W3. So tried multiple times from past 3-4 days. But unable to activate. Could someone help me to activate or to whom i have to contact ?

Hey my friend, I have the same problem with the Christmas pack. I have just started communicating with MeshMelllow and don't have a resolution yet. It would probably help if we both contacted them with the same problem at the same time.

Tell them that you know the meaning of the error code and that you still have the problem.

They suggested to run as administrator and without VPN. I tried but it not worked. You can try hopefully it might work for you.
By the way did you get any resolution yet.
