No Sound

When I load characters speech into Muvizu and play it the characters mouth moves but there is no sound. The sound on the computer works for all other applications on the computer.
When you load a sound clip you have to make sure it lands in the correct place in the time line. Sometimes you have to slide the green bar along.
Can you send a screenshot of the timeline when the character is speaking?
