Latest version of Muvizu, keyframing problem.

Post by bigwally » Mon Aug 06, 2018 6:43 am

I had DL'ed the newest version of Muvizu: Play+ and I just now noticed that keyframing doesn't work properly when applying it the Camera Movement. I also noticed it's one of the Chinese releases. (Build: 2017.04.01R (64-bit)). What is the best Scottish version that is available? Where can I get it? :!:

I was under the mistaken belief that it was the first Chinese release. Any way to find older versions, like one from late 2016?

FWIW I bought, DL'ed and installed this 2017.04.06.01R_x64 Pro version for a new-built PC a few days ago - and the projects that I started in my 2017.03.31.01R_x64 version seem to behave as expected - including some camera keyframing. Not just linear movements - but also curved.

Hi,

The key framing has never worked right with rotation of objects or cameras. If you try to rotate something 360 degree or make a turn, at some point the rotation goes in reverse of what you initiated, very annoying. I've pointed this out back then, but it never got fixed.

I believe the Chinese only bought the product to sell it as is. My conclusion is that they don't have the know how to upgrade, fix bugs or add new features. I love the program and the speed you can make movies with it, but at the same time there is much frustration by the limits of the movements. I think you don't have to expect any improvement from the Chinese. I wonder what they do all day at the office...

Cheers, Ikes
