Muvizu:Play+ to Pro error

Hi i have Muvizu:Play+ and also Muvizu:Pro when i try and load any set from Play+ into Pro i get this error also all the sets from this site any help would be great thanks.

i bought the latest pro version
had issues
wrote to snow
she sent the latest version English link and also finally the rego code
got it working had to run as administrator etc and load the other plugins etc
then was in chines e so went to one of the pul downs and selelcted english
now works

I am slightly confused. Are all the contents of Muvizu Play+ not included in Muvizu Pro and more ? I thought everything in Muvizu Play+ is included in Pro and it has additional content.
