Desperate, please help!

Post by Oni »

I purchased and have been using Muvizu Play+ in July 2015.

My profile was http://muvizu.com/Profile/onikin/MyProducts and my license key starts with TmFtZTogU2hhdW4gS2luZHJlZApEYXRlOiA3LzkvMjAxNSAxMDox..................................................................................==

While I did activate it, I cannot find my playplus.lic file. Could it have been removed when I updated to their latest version at the beginning of the year? Removed when I couldn't connect to the servers?

I'm shocked that the company has abandoned us paying customers, and with no notice! I have not used the software for a couple months, but I am now in desperate need to produce some animations for a client. Working with CrazyTalk Animator/iClone or Moviestorm will take too long, and Plotagon is too expensive and simple for my needs. And I finally figured out how to convert the Oculus VR animations to general VR ones! :x :x

I still can somehow import my purchased extra content, and use all the characters (afaik), but the VR component remains locked, among other things.

Would it be possible to get someone else's playplus.lic + MAC address? I will provide all proof of payments to Muvizu, my full activation key, and if it works, I am willing to pay (again) my purchase price to you for your troubles.

Signed,
-Desperate

Ok :) phew. I found a copy of my playplus.lic file. Inside the text file there are about 5-6 different activations listed. I can't tell if the VR one is there or not. Still trying to do the MAC spoofing for my new laptop to check.

However I'm still getting programs crashes about missing .dll files. Anyone else getting the same?

So if it happened that I didn't activate my VR in time, or it got removed, is there any way to get it reinstalled now?
My offer from before still stands for VR component. Is each individual component attached to your MAC address or just main program?

Working on some interesting VR projects right now. And AFAIK iclone, moviestorm, etc. don't have it implemented yet.

Hi
Glad you found your licence. You should be able to stop the DLL issues by reinstalling Muvizu and placing the playplus.lic file in the new folder. http://anizu.uk/muvizuactivation
http://anizu.uk/downloads

The playlist.lic file will only cover the items you activated, and I think all the codes are generated with your Mac address.

Thanks Doc.

Will try to reinstall and see what happens. I'm getting bugs like my voice-over audio not attaching to characters though... and without VR support and no known future for the software, I may have to take the plunge to iClone or Moviestorm :( Maybe better in the long run. Will see how much more frustration the software gives me.

This sounds like you may be trying to use more than one audio file per character. You can only select one track for lipsyncing so you may want to look into combining everything into a single track with Audacity if that's the problem.
