Another purchase, another failure

I paid for a play+ licence (wanted pro but there's no opinion on the Muvizu site). Installed the software (Win 7 64bit), installed the licence key only for it to give me Error code E2. I tried a couple more times. Closed the software, made sure it was running as administrator. Tried again, same error. Rebooted Windows, tried again and then it changed to Error code W2 saying I'd tried to install the key too many times. Using advice I'd found on the Muvizu forums, I sent an email to support@meshmellow.cn asking for help. I have had no reply. Since I paid with Paypal I've now opened a dispute with them as this is totally unacceptable.

If Meshmellow cannot run the company competently they should sell it to someone who can.
