Hello, maybe someone can help me.I can't import ase files in mivizu play lpus. Also no assets from the Anizusite.There is always an error message and the program is usually canceled.In addition, it takes about 5 minutes for the program to load. Is there a trick?It would be nice if someone could help me.

Are you trying to Open the files or Import the files? There's a difference.

Could you show us the error messages? There are many possibilities.

when importing and also when opening.
Scenes from an older version of muvizu with imported assets can not be opened
This is the error message when importing from:
desk_phone_by Geoff Clarkson.as
then muvizu must be restarted
every muvizu start takes about 5 minutes.The program stops at the following screen for about 5 minutes, and then opens

Run Muvizu as Administrator. Also, how much space do you have free on your C drive?

What are the specs of your computer? Sounds like it's barely able to run it.

I have opened muvizu as an administrator, and it works Thank you very much for the quick help
