It is impossible, Dongle I returned it to the Seller because it was defective
Oh man!
In this case if your registry has not been changed with updates or windows clean installation follow this tip:
http://smallbusiness.chron.com/mac-addr ... 56773.html and search for mac address not present in TMAC list. With luck you could find it.
I tried as you indicated to the link you sent me

I checked the Registry Files
I found, what I'm interested in:
Doongle Asus does not have NetworkAddress

So much data as
   FilterList Name
   Type REG_MULTI_SZ

But has no NetworkAddress

Hi,
Do you have an activated older version still on your hard drive? If you look in MuvizuGame/Logs/Persistant.log there will be a line with the mac address, like this:

LicenceManager.Create start
LicenceManager.InitLicenceSystem start
LicenceManager.InitLicenceSystem finish
LicenceManager.EvaluateLicenceFile start
LicenceSystemHostidCompare start
Licence:
0, , XXXXXXXXXXXX (XXX should be your MAC address)
System:
(...)

THANK YOU SO MUCH,
YOU ARE A GENIUS

SOLVED

You're right that's MAC
I did not use the TECHNITIUM software

I entered:
Control Panel \ Network and Internet \ Network Connections \ Local LAN Connection

Properties \ Configure \ Advanced

Selected from the Network Address list

Changed the value with that of the Persistant.log File in the Logs folder

Now I can continue with the Project:

Thanks again

I HOPE NOT BE CHANGED THIS POST
At least explain the reason

this is the result

Thanks Ikes!

Dalola, you can download the additional free content packs here too: http://www.anizu.uk/downloads (I see you only have the default characters)

Hi Doc,
you anticipated me

I was trying to install what I first downloaded:
Characters

HeroesAndVillains.exe
LightingSets.exe
Mandy.exe

In these .exe I get error:
Failed to find MuvizuPlayer install folder, is Muvizu installed?

Can i install the new version 2017?
If so, what files should I transfer from my Enabled Version, in addition to the License Folder?

You might want to install the new version under a different name (you can change it from "Muvizu play" when you install it)
You should only need to transfer the licence folder.
Then try the packs again.

I happy to ear your Mac problem is solved. Thanks to Ikes you found it.
It's better to install new versions on a new directory like Muvizu Play 1_10, etc..
Exe files can be downloaded to any place because you need to install them after (choose new Muvizu directory).

Hello,

Can anyone help me, my computer was acting up a month ago and I factory reset Windows and I've been slowly reinstalling my programs, I had no idea that something happened to Muvizu because I was using it before just fine. Now I'm finding out about all this as I just reinstalled it, I have my activation code in my receipt email and I'm using the same computer that had it activated but I don't have the license file because I factory reset Windows, can anyone help?
