Error W4

Is it just me or is everyone getting Error W4 from the activation server? I've just upgraded from Play+ to Pro and want to activate my new licence but currently cannot. Very annoying.

I bought my licence direct from MeshMellow. Originally I had a Play+ Licence that I bought back in October but decided to ask if I could upgrade to Pro. They said as long as I paid the difference I could. So I did. Had an amusing email from support saying the boss wasn't out of bed yet so would have to wait for his confirmation of payment. Got the key on Tuesday morning so tried it last night. Every time I got Error W4. And I know I have internet access as I'm on it. No firewall issues - VPN is off as it gives Error E2. It must be them. Again.

Possible that there's problems with the activation server
