Update from Snow re. current licensing issues

I've been in communication with Snow over the past few weeks regarding the 50 educational licenses my college purchased just before Digimania went under.

Thanks to the Anizu community, I knew who to contact and get help with this matter. In return, I'd like to share some encouraging news:

"We have popularized this software in Chinese schools. This is amazing. Chinese students like it very much.

All is well now, but software activation has had some problems because we didn't pay for https://www.x-formation.com in time. Some files have been deleted and the software cannot be activated after payment.

We have prepared a temporary solution for ourselves, and the programmer collates the software installation package to activate it in Hongkong's server, but the version is very unstable, and some customers still can't activate it.

Fortunately, we finally got in touch with Robert. Robert is willing to help us solve this problem on Saturday.

After the software is back to normal, we will provide services to all customers who can not use the software so that everyone can use it."

Did anybody get the e-mail from SNOW from yesterday on purchasing either the "PRO" version or "Play+" for discount prices???

It supposedly is good thru July 31st.
I was curious what the differences are?
Here's what she briefly said:

Difference:
Pro is a few more scenes and roles than play+,
and if you like a little more functionality, you can buy Pro.

play+: There are no scenes and characters about Asia:

1.south Asian character pack
2.Asian character pack
3.chinese history pack

Play+ is the base version with HD output resolution, and the ability to import your own objects.
Pro is Play+ but will all the paid content packs listed on this page http://anizu.uk/downloads

I would recommend buying the Pro version.

i'd like to buy muvizu, but the licensing problems concern me. have they been solved?

I bought the Christmas pack a week and a half ago and have been unable to activate it. I have emailed a number of times and had only one response which simply told me what the error code means (I already knew - I can read!). I have seen at least one other on this forum with the same problem.

I would proceed with extreme caution if I was you. In fact, I certainly wouldn't give them money without proof that the activation server (or some other method) will allow you to use Muvizu.

I have raised an issue with Paypal in a bid to get my money back. I'm very disappointed!

I bought 2 license keys to activate the pro version which worked only for a few days. (Besides, my Muvizu was Chinese even thought I downloaded the English version).

After corresponding with Muvizu for a few months without any results I contacted PayPal to issue a charged back since I had no working copy.

Snow kindly begged me to revoke the chargeback and gave me 2 free keys which worked. So, I revoked the charged back and a week later I got a letter from Muvizu that the new keys they have given me are now cancelled. They said in a moment they will give me 2 new keys, but I have not seen any new keys during 6 months.

Everytime when I correspond with Snow, he pretends he does not know what is the issue.

PayPal cannot let me have any other chance for chargeback. There is only 1 chance!

Please, keep your money, do not buy any keys from Mehsmellow. Do a chargeback while you can!
