permited lincence activations

hello guys, i have problem with my aplication muvizu, My muvizu need upgrade muvizu play+, I ready purchase muvizu play+ last year, now my muvizu need upgrade again !! what should i do? Already as well send email to muvizu team but not answer.

You can contact them with snow.tu@meshmellow.cn but they're unlikely to reactivate your licence since you've already used all 10 attempts.
They might ask you to buy a new one.

Why wouldn't they reactivate? Muvizu (Glasgow) did it all the time. And when you add all the screwups that Muivizu (China) caused, there's even more reason for them to do so.

It's incredibly difficult to work out what they're trying to say in this email. Do you have proof of purchase for Muvizu in your emails? You could try forwarding them that.

yap, suposse to be they reactivate, because we already paid. one time paid lifetime rigth.

already send them the invoice purchase.finally my muvizu play+ is back, they send activation again. thanks for your answer and solution. sorry my english is bad :)
