Characters playing new musical instruments

Does anybody know of a way to make a character play a musical instruments apart from the ones already laid down in Muvizu? For instance, I have importet a cajon and want a character to bang on it with his hands while sitting on it. Is there any way to achieve this like defining a custom character action?
