Hi all,
I've finished my latest movie, it is a road-movie about a Canadian young man who is being released from prison and is on his way home.
In this movie I've used a combination of Muvizu for the characters and Twinmotion for the backgrounds in most of the scenes.
enjoy the movie!

Seeing in the dark - new movie

Well that works Grim and gritty and dank, loved it. Merging the two programs like that looks really good, and you made it look easy (which of course it isn't).

Another superbly produced movie Ike, with that gripping dark atmosphere, very well done. Time to have a look at this Twinmotion. It looks to fit very well with muvizu.
Re: Seeing in the dark - new movie
Thanks guys, I'm glad you liked it!
For people who want to experiment with Twinmotion, you should download it now while it's still free. Soon this free period is over. I really like Twinmotion for creating backgrounds and I will stick to this until I find a better solution. It has it's limitations, especially for object movement, but it's very fast and you can "paint" objects. And the weather and time of day looks very nice as well. Imagine what Muvizu could look like if they build it with unreal Engine 4!
When I create a background in Twinmotion, I export it as png and then make a 50% transparent version of it. In Muvizu I load this in as a overlay on the camera, so you can position it to match Muvizu with the background. Then I render the characters in their own layer and on the background layer I separate the shadows, so you can overlay that in your video editor.

What browser are you using?
Can you try the complete url http://www.ikes.nl/index.htm
Re: Seeing in the dark - new movie
Hi skuts,
It could have to do with your DNS-cache. You could try the following to clean it up:
start a command prompt and type in: ipconfig /flushdns and hit Enter.
Restart your computer and try again to access the url.
Hope that helps.
