Members may now post a maximum of one new finished video per week in the Anizu Gallery. This is out of respect to those who spend a lot of time producing high quality movies with muvizu which deserve proper presentation.
If you are addicted to quick easy-to make-in-under-an-hour sort of movies – then just post your one favourite for the week.

Good idea Geoff - spamming the gallery is too easy to do.

Nice going. Now Zylbat's entire library is gone from Anizu and you have definitely created another enemy of Muvizu (remember Sovernsoul?). From this point on, new users will become very reluctant to ever post their videos here if they are less than par of others. Funny how when someone (himself? Someone at Anizu?) removed ALL his videos, other users were exposed as loading up Anizu with less than perfect videos. There is no method to remove listings on Anizu, but he may have removed them completely from Youtube. Once again, nice going.

Here's a better solution to the problem. Moderators should review each video submitted and approved before it is listed. Like Ziggy72 said, it's too easy to spam the gallery here. If the video doesn't meet certain criteria then it's listing will be rejected. Too many videos that are slightly different from each other, they get rejected. Too much violence in the video? Rejected. Too many videos at one time, rejected.

You don't do this mass slaughter after the fact.

The removal of his 117 videos was done because after repeated requests and warnings, he continued to swamp the Gallery with 'instant' movies. He then emailed me complaining that he was being victimised for 'pushing he limits of muvizu'. He hasnt been thrown out of the group, he can still post he weekly masterpiece, as can any of us.
The few of us running this group want avoid the additional trouble of setting up a system where we review each submission - mainly because we aint got the time - and we dont think its really necessary, not yet anyway.

Now a new person has just posted at least six, today!

I can't see any new videos, the ones there have been there a while. Maybe you didn't notice them due to there being so many of zylbats videos?

They were not there yesterday. They occupy the first and third position and many more. I looked yesterday, NONE of them were there. Unless they occupied much lower positions. If so, how did they get to the top?
