I can't say for sure how Muvizu will scale to more powerful hardware, but it looks like your GPU is the bottleneck here. You could try overclocking it, but it might just be worth upgrading to a newer graphics card. (So either gtx 1000 series or rx 400/500 series) Overclocking could give a small boos...
