Importing video into Muvizu? Muvizu accepts GIF and AVI video for any textures which allow images. (Yes they're very old formats but Muvizu is built on old software)

In theory it would be possible, but nobody except the staff who designed those packs has worked out how to add new character models into Muvizu (In the 8 years I've known Muvizu).

Not really. Skins are just completely flat textures (pictures) which you can put on the existing characters. You can import static 3D models to attach to some positions of the character, but it's never going to look like what you're imagining.
