I'm not a cinema 4d user but generally speaking you have to add a collision shape in collision tab before export object.

Try to recover muvizu license from your old hard drive then follow instructions posted to use muvizu. You need mac adress of old computer ethernet port or wireless port depending on connection you used before it crashed. If you have none you are done.

Choosen format is ok. Muvizu quit may be due to video lenght. This method produces uncompressed video and muvizu doesn,'t deals well with long files if you have not enough memory. Try to use same video in a backdrop and see if it works.
