Re: Returning user trying to recover program

Hi, I am afraid an awful lot has happened with muvizu since 2015. The original company Digimania has been sold to a small Chinese outfit who only seem interested in selling to the Asian market, and not very interested in supporting existing customers from Digimania. That being said, that original in...

Re: FBX Import Error

I always use Blender to export models as .fbx for use in muvizu, and it works most of the time. I hope the latest version of Blender will work the same .

Re: How to buy Muvizu

Contact with Meshmellow in China is haphazard. I am surprised that you havnt had a reply from kontakt@muvizu.dk. This is Nik in Denmark. He is a one man business and I know he is busy but he is usually very reliable. I will give him a nudge.

You may find the easiest way is to buy a licence for muvizu from Nikolaj Houg in Denmark.

Re: dreadlocks

You could Google for 3-D model hair dreadlocks, and you will surely find some. You can sometimes find models that are free but usually you have to pay. For Muvizu you really want models that are low-poly, or you can put them through blender or mesh mixer to bring down the polygon count. I always loa...

Re: Create new objects?

Ziggy is a master at using 3D coat for objects and textures. For artificial objects like machines , furniture etc I usually make it in skechup, export it as a dae . I Load that into Silo where I texture it - export it as an obj ( with its partner .mtl file) and put it into muvizu for exporting as an...

Re: purchase muvizu

If you have difficulty in buying directly from the chinese owners you could Nik Houg in Denmark. He has negotiated with Meshmellow for the resale of licences. Email him at kontakt@muvizu.dk
