Audio file unknown format.

Muvizu on win 7 laptop suddenly wont recognise any audio files .it says 'the file is an unknown format' ? when i attempt to import one.
The audio files have been used before with out a problem. :shock: :shock:

Others have sorted this problem,you shouldn't have to buy muvizu a second time.
scour this forum and official muvizu one for posts on the w3 error,There is some fellow that can solve this,so dont give up.
There is also a facebook group...sorry i am of no more use. :(

Yeah i am running windows 10.
i have direct x 12 installed
with latest drivers.
I suppose direct 9 setting works fine so i'm happy enough.

Found a solution to well known lipsync issue on muvizu tech probs forum.[Shush problem-necessary to remove dialogue characters and re do.]
but not yet the black screen with directx 11. :shock:

direct x and lipsync woe

I haven't used Muvizu for a while, was working ok but has gone a little peculiar.....directx11 gives a black screen directx 9 works ok but lipsync doesn't work, :?
March 2017 version 64bit.
Any clues to a solution greatly appreciated.
