That did it Ziggy - thanks again!
I created a Muvizu Preset with these parameters.
The Forward and Up options don't have any effect so I also have to rotate my model 180 degrees around the Z axis in Blender for it to be facing forward when imported.

Are you importing both at 25FPS? Yep, same settings for rendering an import to Hitfilm. When you export an image sequence you can actually see the exact number of frames in each clip, and there were exactly five more in the first clip.
